This'll probably involve getting a mold of both your ears so we can build them from scratch. Which also probably means shaving the insides of your ears, if there's fuzz in there, since that'd distort the mold enough to keep them from being properly soundproof. Then it's just a matter of casting them in whatever material you want and probably ordering some custom rubber end thingies to keep them comfortable and comfortably seated in your ears.
Been a while since I worked on electronics that aren't just camouflaged trackers, but earbuds are doable.
