Hi? So.... social media is a requirement here, I guess. It was "strongly suggested." I've never had that. Social media, I mean. Only kid in my high school without snap chat, super lame, I know. I can hear your judgment, but...I mean, I kinda get it. It's to keep me safe. But that's why I'm here, right? Because this is a place for mutants to be safe. So I can have social media now. All good. No more social media loser.

Are you a good climber? We've got a nice outdoor parkour course if you ever need to get some energy out. Things to climb, things to balance on, swinging stuff... it's really great.

Yes, it's fantastic outside of winter. Get settled in and I'll show you. And probably introduce you to Boris, he's my dog. Very friendly, will probably slobber on you.

Freezes over, too slippery. We use indoor stuff instead.

Boris is a good boy and is generally on a leash, so he won't chase you unless you're actively playing tag with him. He also enjoys fetch with tennis balls, big sticks, and a frisbee.

oh! yeah, ice isn't great unless you're going skating. maybe hockey.
